Responsibilities

  • Ensure restaurant setup according to Barrière standards
  • Guarantee smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Welcome and advise a demanding clientele
  • Work closely with the dining room and kitchen teams
  • Supervise dining room commis

Requirements

  • BP or BTS in Hospitality-Catering or equivalent experience in high-volume catering
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position to manage sections autonomously
  • Speed, interpersonal skills, stress management, and reactivity
  • Strong interpersonal ease and team spirit
