About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure restaurant setup according to Barrière standards
- Guarantee smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Welcome and advise a demanding clientele
- Work closely with the dining room and kitchen teams
- Supervise dining room commis
Requirements
- BP or BTS in Hospitality-Catering or equivalent experience in high-volume catering
- 2 years of experience in a similar position to manage sections autonomously
- Speed, interpersonal skills, stress management, and reactivity
- Strong interpersonal ease and team spirit
