About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure service quality in compliance with Barrière group standards
- Advise customers on food and wine choices
- Participate in dining room setup and welcome customers
- Manage service for your assigned station
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams

- Efficient and reactive with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Versatility in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar establishment is highly appreciated
