About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in restaurant setup according to establishment standards
- Verify cleanliness, table setting, and availability of necessary equipment
- Welcome clients to their tables with professionalism and courtesy
- Present the menu, advise clients, take orders, and transmit them to the kitchen
- Coordinate dish service, ensure attentive meal follow-up, and manage specific requests
- Maintain service cadence and handle incidents or complaints with diplomacy
- Participate in clearing, tidying, and resetting the dining area
Requirements
- At least 1 year of successful experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, autonomy, and rigor
- Impeccable presentation
