About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in restaurant setup according to establishment standards
  • Verify cleanliness, table setting, and availability of necessary equipment
  • Welcome clients to their tables with professionalism and courtesy
  • Present the menu, advise clients, take orders, and transmit them to the kitchen
  • Coordinate dish service, ensure attentive meal follow-up, and manage specific requests
  • Maintain service cadence and handle incidents or complaints with diplomacy
  • Participate in clearing, tidying, and resetting the dining area

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in a similar position
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, autonomy, and rigor
  • Impeccable presentation
