About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer reception and service quality in compliance with Barrière group standards
- Participate in the setup of the dining area
- Build customer loyalty and guarantee satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within a brasserie or traditional restaurant
- Mastery of service techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease with customers
- Organized, smiling, autonomous, and punctual
- Ability to work effectively in a team
