About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as VIPs
- Orchestrate service with fluidity, elegance, and good humor following group standards
- Advise clients on food and wine selections to drive sales
- Manage a station including order taking, service follow-up, and payment processing
- Coordinate service with the kitchen team
- Maintain attentiveness and reactivity to create memorable customer experiences
Requirements
- Ability to carry heavy trays with balance and precision
- Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
- Warm, benevolent, and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant asset
