About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients as VIPs
  • Orchestrate service with fluidity, elegance, and good humor following group standards
  • Advise clients on food and wine selections to drive sales
  • Manage a station including order taking, service follow-up, and payment processing
  • Coordinate service with the kitchen team
  • Maintain attentiveness and reactivity to create memorable customer experiences

Requirements

  • Ability to carry heavy trays with balance and precision
  • Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
  • Warm, benevolent, and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant asset
