About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP clients with enthusiasm
- Orchestrate service with fluidity and elegance
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Loulou menu
- Coordinate dining room service directly with the kitchen
- Provide attentive and reactive customer experiences
Requirements
- Ability to carry heavy trays with balance
- Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
- Warm, benevolent, and professional attitude
- Ability to remain calm under high-pressure service conditions
- Fluency in English; other foreign languages are a plus
- Previous experience in high-end hospitality is an asset
