About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with VIP standards
  • Orchestrate service with fluidity, elegance, and good humor
  • Advise clients on food and wine selections
  • Manage a station including order taking, service follow-up, and payment
  • Coordinate service with the kitchen team
  • Maintain attentiveness to create memorable customer experiences

Requirements

  • Ability to carry heavy trays with balance
  • Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
  • Warm and benevolent attitude toward clients and colleagues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant asset
