About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with VIP standards
- Orchestrate service with fluidity, elegance, and good humor
- Advise clients on food and wine selections
- Manage a station including order taking, service follow-up, and payment
- Coordinate service with the kitchen team
- Maintain attentiveness to create memorable customer experiences
Requirements
- Ability to carry heavy trays with balance
- Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
- Warm and benevolent attitude toward clients and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant asset
