Responsibilities

• Provide high-end service across various outlets, including our gastronomic seaside restaurant "LE BALBEC", room service, and the beach restaurant
• Support the food and beverage teams in delivering a seamless and professional guest experience
• Ensure excellence in table service and guest interaction in a luxury setting
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness within your assigned station

Requirements

• Strong sense of hospitality and commitment to service excellence
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while showing initiative
• Flexibility to adapt to seasonal fluctuations and varying service demands
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a significant asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar high-end hospitality role
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are highly valued
