About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service in a 4-star hotel environment
  • Manage a station, including table setting, clearing, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform service across all outlets including Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, and Breakfast
  • Welcome and assist guests to ensure well-being and loyalty
  • Manage customer flow and adapt organization to meet guest needs promptly
  • Promote food and beverage offerings and participate in venue animation
  • Drive revenue through upselling techniques
  • Handle payment processes, invoicing, and stock management
  • Maintain equipment and premises while respecting HACCP standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong team spirit
  • Dynamic and smiling personality
