About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service in a 4-star hotel environment
- Manage a station, including table setting, clearing, and customer satisfaction
- Perform service across all outlets including Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, and Breakfast
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure well-being and loyalty
- Manage customer flow and adapt organization to meet guest needs promptly
- Promote food and beverage offerings and participate in venue animation
- Drive revenue through upselling techniques
- Handle payment processes, invoicing, and stock management
- Maintain equipment and premises while respecting HACCP standards
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong team spirit
- Dynamic and smiling personality
