Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities including process mastery and tool usage
• Coordinate staff distribution based on activity needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers
• Organize sorting plans according to activity levels
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Manage and lead a team of dock agents with a focus on performance and well-being
• Conduct team briefings and share operational information
• Oversee employee integration, skill development, and individual interviews
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
