Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities including sorting plans and carrier coordination
• Manage and supervise a team of dock agents with a focus on performance and cohesion
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary contact for carriers and report operational anomalies

• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
