About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of dock agents in a logistics environment
- Organize and optimize sorting plans based on daily activity levels
- Allocate and coordinate staff according to operational needs
- Serve as the primary contact for carriers and transporters
- Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement action plans
- Report operational anomalies and dysfunctions
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
- Lead daily briefings and foster team cohesion and a positive work climate
- Support employee integration, skill development, and individual reviews
