Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of dock agents in a logistics environment
• Organize and optimize sorting plans based on daily activity levels
• Allocate and coordinate staff according to operational needs
• Serve as the primary contact for carriers and transporters
• Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement action plans
• Report operational anomalies and dysfunctions
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
• Lead daily briefings and foster team cohesion and a positive work climate
• Support employee integration, skill development, and individual reviews

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
