About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate dock agent staffing based on activity needs
- Act as the daily point of contact for carriers and organize sorting plans
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective action plans
- Lead daily briefings, oversee team integration, and foster cohesion
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
- Report anomalies and operational malfunctions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a unifying and attentive team leader
- Rigor and reactivity in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Alignment with values of proximity, engagement, performance, and solidarity
- Operational knowledge of dock processes and logistics tools
Benefits
- Permanent contract (CDI), 37.17 hours per week
- Schedule: 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, with one weekly rest day
