Chef de quai

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities including sorting plans and resource allocation
• Act as the main contact for carriers and coordinate daily transport operations
• Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement action plans
• Manage a team of dock agents: briefings, integration, skills development, and individual interviews
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a logistics or warehouse setting
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reactivity
• Ability to work afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday with one weekly rest day
