About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of dock agents to ensure operational performance during night shifts
- Master and optimize site logistics processes, tools, and sorting plans based on activity levels
- Allocate staff according to operational needs and act as the daily contact for carriers
- Monitor performance indicators, implement action plans, and report anomalies or malfunctions
- Lead daily briefings, support employee integration, and develop team skills through individual follow-ups
- Foster team cohesion, a positive social climate, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong operational knowledge of dock and parcel sorting activities
- Rigor, reactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Alignment with values of proximity, commitment, performance, and solidarity
- Availability to work night shifts from 23:00 to 06:00, Monday to Saturday
