About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise reception, preparation, and shipment operations
- Distribute tasks and coordinate dock team activities
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, procedures, and safety instructions
- Control goods flow and loading conformity
- Manage priorities and intervene during operational contingencies
- Monitor activity indicators and report to management
Requirements
- Successful experience in logistics, ideally as a Dock Manager or Team Leader
- Management and team organization skills
- Reactive, rigorous, and able to manage priorities
- Good knowledge of safety rules and logistical flows
- CACES R489 categories 1 and 3 preferred
