About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pilot the industrialization and production launch of new products (dials, ceramics, jewelry) within the Production division
  • Guarantee respect for New Product process milestones by building and managing project schedules
  • Ensure performance targets are met regarding quality, cost, and established deadlines
  • Lead risk analysis processes and manage the implementation of associated risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinate and challenge the contributions of multidisciplinary project stakeholders across the site
  • Communicate project progress and updates to teams and senior management
  • Capitalize on lessons learned by formalizing and harmonizing best practices

Requirements

  • University degree or Engineering degree (EPF/HES)
  • Proven experience in managing industrial projects with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong synthesis skills and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Natural leadership skills to motivate and unite teams toward common goals
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly to new environments
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative approach
