Chef de projets Lean

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges through exchanges with Local Service Management
• Organize field interviews and immersions to analyze service performance
• Facilitate workshops to mobilize teams around Lean principles and visual management
• Coach managers on field visits, team meetings, and Lean deployment
• Contribute to regional Lean initiatives and the national Lean network by sharing best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, including managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Lean fundamentals
• Experience in Lean Management deployment is a major asset
• Green Belt certification is a plus
• Ability to facilitate groups and drive change
• Project management skills
• Strong autonomy, listening skills, and pedagogical approach
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) for frequent travel within the Centre-Ouest region

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt certification
• Previous experience in a multi-site operational environment
