Chef de projets bureau d'études et industriel - naval

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial and technical projects from initial specifications through to final delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical design offices, production units, and subcontractors
• Manage project lifecycles, including budget tracking, scheduling, and risk management
• Supervise the design of mechanical systems and validate technical studies and plans
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with naval standards and regulations while driving continuous technical and organizational improvements

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or design office environments
• Proven experience within the naval or defense sectors
• Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA V5/V6 or SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of V-cycle project management methodologies
• Professional proficiency in English
• Leadership skills with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
