Chef de Projet Transverse Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Pilot transverse optimization projects to improve supply planning, stock management, and lead time reduction
• Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand forecasts with production capacity
• Deploy digital tools such as ERP, Power BI, and WMS to automate reporting and visibility
• Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and propose contingency plans to ensure resilience
• Analyze logistics costs and propose savings levers like transport pooling and overstock reduction
• Monitor key KPIs including service rates, forecast accuracy, and stock rotation
• Support digital transformation and CSR initiatives by integrating innovative technologies like AI and IoT
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication between production sites and logistics platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain project management, ideally in demanding industrial sectors (aerospace, defense, energy, high-tech)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA, Power BI, and SAP ERP (MM/PP modules)
• Knowledge of S&OP, Lean, and Kanban methodologies
• Understanding of traceability, quality, and critical parts management
• Fluency in French and English
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• CPIM (APICS) certification or equivalent
