About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot Transfer of Work (ToW) projects by defining and monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (production, quality, R&D) and external partners (suppliers, subcontractors)
- Map existing processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and document procedures and training materials
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Design-to-Cost
- Manage change by training teams and facilitating communication between sites
- Drive process digitalization through tools like ERP, MES, and Power BI
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in industrial project management, operational excellence, or production transfer
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in demanding industrial environments with strict quality standards
- Fluency in French and English
