Chef de Projet Support Production

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to implement industrial solutions for the A320 program
• Manage project objectives regarding costs, deadlines, and regulatory compliance
• Perform active management of risks and opportunities
• Oversee the financial tracking of various industrial projects
• Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, and Performance for the A320 program

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or change management
• Proven experience working within an industrial environment
• Fluent in French
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams and foster collaboration
• Proactive mindset with high autonomy and rigor in execution
