Chef de Projet MOA – Gestionnaire matériels IT

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize user needs regarding IT hardware
• Write functional specifications for equipment selection
• Participate in the governance of drivers and associated hardware
• Manage the homologation and validation of equipment (PCs, screens, printers, headsets, smartphones, tablets, meeting room equipment)
• Coordinate exchanges with technical teams, manufacturers, and publishers
• Ensure logistical follow-up and hardware deployment
• Monitor application updates on workstations and manage related incidents
• Participate in security analyses with Cyber teams
• Contribute to energy consumption optimization and CSR initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in MOA / AMOA project management
• Strong knowledge of workstation environments
• Proficiency with IT hardware (PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment)
• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS
• Familiarity with hardware asset management tools
• Understanding of application packaging and updates
• Ability to write project and functional documentation
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
