Chef de projet Intériorisme CDS I

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality, cost, and delivery (QCDT) of interior parts in compliance with the Interior Center of Excellence commitments.
• Coordinate various stakeholders including site engineering, procurement, quality, industry, and suppliers to ensure QCDT deliverables.
• Oversee project planning milestones, design milestones, and recurring/non-recurring cost targets.
• Manage project phases including tender preparation, project execution, and series production.
• Implement and update risk mitigation plans and manage critical paths through effective communication and escalation.
• Oversee change orders, first article inspections (FAI), and first equipment installations (FEI).
• Collect and share feedback from the project phase to improve best practices within the Interior CoE.

Requirements

• 5 years of project management experience, specifically within high-mix/low-volume industries.
• Engineering degree (Generalist).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an international, multi-site, and matrix organization.
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
