Chef de Projet Ingénierie et Informatique Industrielle

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale engineering and industrial IT projects as part of the 2030 industrial plan (Project NOVA).
• Define and lead working groups by collaborating with site operational and technical teams.
• Develop technical specifications and deploy structured improvement methodologies such as DMAIC.
• Monitor investment plans, including ROI calculations and validation phases.
• Support teams through change management, including training and expert workshops.
• Define the framework and support the development of industrial IT projects.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities regarding flow optimization, site harmonization, and performance management.

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering with a focus on continuous improvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within operational excellence environments.
• Strong expertise in industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and industrial IT.
• Proven ability to manage industrialization projects and continuous improvement processes.
• Fluent English skills for collaboration with international sites and suppliers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams transversally.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in batch or process industries.
