Chef de projet gestion documentaire

Responsibilities

• Pilot the documentation system and its interfaces with various processes
• Manage project setup and execution, including platform operational mastery and metrology
• Oversee Knowledge Management activities
• Ensure document management, archiving, and IT applications are aligned with the quality system
• Implement operational excellence and continuous improvement methods (problem-solving, TRL/MRL, change management)
• Participate in audits and manage corrective actions
• Provide training, support, and awareness to teams

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering school
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital document management
• Proficiency in SharePoint is a prerequisite
• Strong IT skills, including database management and intranet tools
• Ability to quickly master new software (e.g., VITAM’IN for digital archiving)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and pedagogical mindset
• Ability to act as a coordinator/leader and manage interfaces between different professions
