Chef de Projet

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale new construction projects in industrial piping and general installation from estimation to client handover.
• Manage project budgets of up to €5 million, ensuring financial control, billing, and cost mastery.
• Coordinate and manage field teams of 20 to 50 employees, including site managers, preparers, and operational staff.
• Oversee project schedules, milestones, and contractual compliance.
• Manage subcontractors in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all project sites.
• Handle technical piloting, operational coordination, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• At least 10 years of professional experience within the industry and metallurgy sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to travel nationally to various project sites.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and technical expertise.
