Responsibilities

• Assist internal clients in defining their needs prior to project commencement
• Draft specifications and functional requirement documents
• Conduct studies to evaluate functional solutions meeting business needs
• Evaluate project loads and implementation methods in collaboration with IT teams and solution providers
• Monitor developments by providers and the IT department to ensure software integration
• Validate deliverable quality through technical and functional testing
• Support business departments during the deployment of chosen solutions
• Implement requested evolutions validated by the IT department
• Manage software configuration and administration
• Monitor incidents and provide user support
• Develop and monitor project budgets

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in IT and/or Project Management
• Successful initial professional experience
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
• Ability to work in project mode using standard tools and methods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to drive change and solve problems
• Knowledge of senior residence or personal service industries is a significant asset
