Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific station (cold or hot) under the supervision of the Chef or Sous Chef
• Implement and execute menus in collaboration with the culinary leadership
• Handle station-specific ordering and inventory management
• Maintain strict hygiene, organization, and cleanliness standards for your station
• Organize work for team members covering your station during rest days
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Participate in the general kitchen cleaning schedule
• Train apprentices or commis chefs when present

Requirements

• Significant experience working within a Michelin-starred or high-end gastronomic brigade
• Hospitality training such as BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, dynamic, and passionate approach to culinary arts
• Excellent teamwork mindset and communication skills
