About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a specific station (cold or hot) under the supervision of the Chef or Sous Chef
  • Implement and execute menus in collaboration with the culinary leadership
  • Oversee station orders and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain strict hygiene, organization, and cleanliness standards for the station
  • Organize work for team members covering during rest days
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in the general kitchen cleaning schedule
  • Train apprentices or commis chefs when present

Requirements

  • Significant experience working within a Michelin-starred or high-end gastronomic brigade
  • Professional hospitality training (BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team
  • Passion for culinary excellence and a dynamic, professional attitude
