Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Independently manage a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
  • Prepare high-quality dishes at a 14-point GaultMillau level
  • Participate in menu design
  • Monitor and comply with HACCP hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Completed training as a chef
  • Experience in fine dining/high-end cuisine
  • Interest in modern, creative, and high-level cooking
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and remain flexible
  • Strong team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced Chef de Partie or a motivated Commis looking to develop
