About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards
- Independently manage a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
- Prepare high-quality dishes at a 14-point GaultMillau level
- Participate in menu design
- Monitor and comply with HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in fine dining/high-end cuisine
- Interest in modern, creative, and high-level cooking
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and remain flexible
- Strong team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced Chef de Partie or a motivated Commis looking to develop
