Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, standards, and section requirements
- Manage assigned kitchen station efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all food preparation areas
- Assist senior chefs with menu development, prep work, and training junior staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a premium hospitality venue
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
