Responsibilities
- Direct, supervise, and assist Demi Chef de Partie in food preparation
- Maintain established food quality standards for guests and crew
- Adopt a proactive approach to solving station challenges
- Ensure guest satisfaction is the primary focus of all decisions
- Coach and encourage teammates to support team success
- Report directly to the Executive Sous Chef
Requirements
- Experience in a Chef de Partie or similar supervisory role
- Ability to lead and manage Demi Chef de Partie staff
- Strong focus on food quality and guest satisfaction
