Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Manage the assigned hot kitchen section, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Assist in menu execution, mise en place, and daily operational planning
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times
• Support junior staff through guidance, training, and quality control

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi CDP
• Background in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high consistency and quality
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian language skills are preferred
• Professional grooming, presentation, and strong teamwork skills
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
