Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver high-level guest dining experiences
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring professional and timely execution
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations, and all relevant legislation

• Proven experience in a relevant role within a busy kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills and deep knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
