About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity
- Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery
- Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings
- Train and guide junior team members when required
- Manage the breakfast and in-room dining (IRD) operation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong background in breakfast and room service operations
- Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
