About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity
  • Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery
  • Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings
  • Train and guide junior team members when required
  • Manage the breakfast and in-room dining (IRD) operation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Strong background in breakfast and room service operations
  • Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
