Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section
- Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute ideas for menu development and new dish creation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
- Proven background in Asian (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or Southeast Asian) and International cuisine
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Passion for cooking and professional growth
