Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the canteen department to ensure high-level guest dining experiences
- Work within a team to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver on departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and targets
- Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture
