Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations to provide an inspiring culinary experience
• Prepare dishes with passion and attention to detail, ensuring high quality and presentation
• Take reliable responsibility for tasks, ensuring they are completed professionally and on time
• Actively support the implementation of departmental goals and hotel initiatives
• Monitor costs and inventory while working closely with supervisors to maintain productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with all HACCP hygiene guidelines
• Maintain strong working relationships as a dedicated team player

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficiency in German
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Clear and effective communication skills
