Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen to ensure high-level culinary experiences
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
- Support the Chef and Sous Chef in daily activities
- Cooperate with the kitchen brigade to provide high-level service
- Proactively collaborate to increase guest satisfaction and meet requests promptly
- Contribute to achieving departmental economic and quality goals
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and company standards
- Build strong professional relationships with colleagues

- Proven experience in a similar role within a challenging environment
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Practical approach with a proactive work style
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Personal integrity and ability to work in an excellence-driven environment
- English language proficiency is a plus
