Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver high-quality guest dining experiences.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries.
• Take full responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legislation, food safety standards, and due diligence requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, "can-do" work style.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience working with various IT systems and platforms.
• Personal integrity and the ability to excel in a high-standard environment.
