At the Radisson Blu Hotel in Marseille, we form a true team and wish to offer unforgettable moments to our clients. Our 4-star hotel with 189 rooms is ideally located on the Old Port of Marseille and features the well-known restaurant "le Quai du 7ème".
Responsibilities
- Prepare and garnish food orders correctly as they are received, in accordance with recipes and defined plate presentation
- Supervise and assist team members in their tasks to achieve optimal quality
- Ensure that safety, hygiene, and sanitation best practices are respected at all times
- Ensure the station is closed in accordance with service procedures and standards
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the preparation of dishes
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position in a quality environment
- Demonstrated excellent personnel management skills
- Positive approach and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for excellence in customer service
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
