Chef de Partie – Prep

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place according to recipes and standards
• Ensure all prep items are labeled, stored, and rotated following HACCP and food-safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the prep section at all times
• Support chefs during service by replenishing ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Demi CDP, or Chef de Partie in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments
• Strong knife skills and deep ingredient knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently and follow recipes precisely to maintain consistency
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and strong teamwork skills
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
