Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food
- Manage a specific kitchen section to ensure timely delivery
- Follow recipes and kitchen standards for consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff during busy periods
- Support the training of junior kitchen staff and porters
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Specialization in Turkish delicacy bakeries (Pide Bread)
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to use the FutureLog system for market orders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for food presentation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
