Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food
  • Manage a specific kitchen section to ensure timely delivery
  • Follow recipes and kitchen standards for consistency in taste and presentation
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Support the training of junior kitchen staff and porters
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
