Le Domaine de l'Astragale is a confidential address and a true haven of peace in Saint-Tropez, located just 200m from the sea. Part of the Alp’Azur group, it offers an oasis of elegance, charm, and discretion in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the pastry station
  • Responsible for the preparation and culinary production of the assigned section according to hierarchy instructions
  • Ensure respect for deadlines and rhythms necessary for smooth service
  • Clean and organize equipment, workspaces, and premises
  • Supervise and train the team under your command (commis, interns)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Ability to quickly assimilate preparation techniques for menu items
  • Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
