Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with a gastronomic restaurant and exceptional mountain views.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the pastry station and manage culinary production according to hierarchy instructions
  • Ensure respect for deadlines and service pacing
  • Supervise and train junior staff, including commis and interns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, workspaces, and premises
  • Guarantee culinary satisfaction and high standards of service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Rapid mastery of preparation techniques for menu items
  • Strong knowledge and application of HACCP standards
  • Autonomous, organized, and discreet professional
  • Strong communication skills and team player attitude
