About the role

Responsibilities

  • Compose gustatory symphonies
  • Orchestrate mise en place and ensure beautiful, delicious plating
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
  • Manage service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
  • Oversee the regularity and performance of commis staff in their section

Requirements

  • Proficiency in pastry techniques (sugar, chocolate tempering, dough work)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
