About the role
Responsibilities
- Compose gustatory symphonies
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure beautiful, delicious plating
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
- Manage service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
- Oversee the regularity and performance of commis staff in their section
Requirements
- Proficiency in pastry techniques (sugar, chocolate tempering, dough work)
- Ability to work under pressure
- English language proficiency
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
