Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup of your workstation
  • Perform specific preparations for your station
  • Execute recipes according to provided instructions and photos
  • Ensure service follows specific guidelines (cooking, preparation, decoration, etc.)
  • Oversee the work of Pastry Commis
  • Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Mastery of all culinary pastry techniques
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene regulations
