Responsibilities
- Manage the setup of your workstation
- Perform specific preparations for your station
- Execute recipes according to provided instructions and photos
- Ensure service follows specific guidelines (cooking, preparation, decoration, etc.)
- Oversee the work of Pastry Commis
- Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Mastery of all culinary pastry techniques
- Strong knowledge of hygiene regulations
