About the role

Responsibilities

  • Compose desserts for the Lobby Bar, Room Service, breakfast, and Loulou restaurant buffets
  • Orchestrate mise en place and ensure high-quality visuals for tea-time, room service, and buffets
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules across all work environments
  • Adapt service techniques to the pace of the Lobby Bar, Room Service, and restaurant buffets
  • Supervise and maintain the performance and morale of pastry commis chefs

Requirements

  • Expertise in pastry techniques (ganache, puff pastry, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using pastry tools and precision scales
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume service
  • Strong teamwork and positive attitude
