About the role
Responsibilities
- Compose desserts for the Lobby Bar, Room Service, breakfast, and Loulou restaurant buffets
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure high-quality visuals for tea-time, room service, and buffets
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules across all work environments
- Adapt service techniques to the pace of the Lobby Bar, Room Service, and restaurant buffets
- Supervise and maintain the performance and morale of pastry commis chefs
Requirements
- Expertise in pastry techniques (ganache, puff pastry, etc.)
- Proficiency in using pastry tools and precision scales
- Fluency in English
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume service
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
