Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations to provide an inspiring culinary experience

- Support the implementation of departmental goals and hotel initiatives
- Monitor costs and inventory while working closely with supervisors to maintain productivity
- Ensure strict compliance with all HACCP hygiene guidelines
- Maintain strong working relationships as a dedicated team player
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficiency in German
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
- Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Openness to using digital tools and learning new systems
- Clear and effective communication skills
